Norma was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She enjoys gardening, hiking, reading books, going to art museums, and spending time with family.
Norma has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Alverno College and has over 10 years of nursing experience as a Registered Nurse. She has worked in both hospital and home health settings, and is an invaluable part of our mission to help you make today better than yesterday!
Stacey is a compassionate RN Case Manager with 14+ years of experience. Her unique background blends clinical expertise with emotional intelligence, allowing her to create patient-centered care plans and make deeper connections.
Known for her positive attitude and exceptional listening skills, Stacey excels in coordinating care and building bridges of understanding. She's passionate about addressing patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, ensuring everyone receives the exceptional care they deserve.
Nichole started in healthcare at the age of 18 as a Nurse’s Assistant, where she realized her passion for making a difference. She pursued her nursing degree and has been a Registered Nurse for 18 years, working within several local healthcare systems. Her primary focus has been in home health, chronic disease/case management, and specialty care. Her philosophy of providing world-class healthcare is simple: "When you take the time to meet people where they’re at, you have the ability to make a lasting impact."
