Norma's Story
Norma Mercado is a dedicated Registered Nurse and experienced case manager. Before joining Curally as a Care Coach and Nurse Condition Manager, she spent many years as a Visiting/Home Care Nurse.
What sets Nurse Norma apart? In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing that has given her a comprehensive understanding of medical practices and patient care, her experience in home care has proven her ability to deliver impactful, empathetic care to a wide range of participants – even in the most challenging cases and highly demanding environments. She particularly excels in patient and family education!
Nurse Norma is bilingual, proficient in both English and Spanish, helping her to work effectively with a diverse population and deliver holistic care. She is a gifted relationship builder, not only with participants but also their families, physicians, and fellow healthcare practitioners!
